Life is hard enough, you need all the support you can get during these transitions and I wish I could be there for you, Eliana, and Hector every single day. I am very grateful that God has surrounded you with many wonderful friends that I know love and help you. I LOVE YOU!! And as a side note MN obviously would never be that bad because you would HAVE to be my next door neighbor :) St. Louis Park here I come! (jk)

Heather - I am glad I did as well. Writing has a therapeutic benefit :) That and it captures a moment in life that you might otherwise forget.

Italy - You know me girl :) I always say it how it is. And no ones life is perfect. Chances are if their life looks perfect (especially from their blogs point of view) it probably isn't. I am rooting for you to meet the perfect guy and have the perfect baby so you can have a perfect life and then realize its only perfect because of its imperfections :) LOVE YOU!Melissahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08731686624110880199noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2765337936296997759.post-22133008700706259242011-03-04T13:45:57.972-08:002011-03-04T13:45:57.972-08:00I am also glad you shared this story because it he...I am also glad you shared this story because it helps people around you, especially your friends that you are still real and endure real issues. I think it's really easy for us as sorority sisters to get jealous of our other sisters who have these presumably perfect lives and experiences because they married that perfect guy and then they had the perfect little child to form a perfect family and while we are rooting for just that, perfection, it's nice to know that when the season comes for me to marry and start a family that it probably won't be easy and I have people to look up to who have gone through these same very real situations. So, basically, thanks for being a role model.Sarah "Italy" Leahynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2765337936296997759.post-45961377259246909392011-03-04T12:38:40.160-08:002011-03-04T12:38:40.160-08:00I'm glad you shared this story, Melissa.I'm glad you shared this story, Melissa.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2765337936296997759.post-86177241929288453212011-03-04T12:36:13.875-08:002011-03-04T12:36:13.875-08:00MN winters are pretty bad but with a little one pl...MN winters are pretty bad but with a little one playing in the snow and sledding would be awesome....

As for the PPD... I think it also has to do with the "fall of man". God made childbearing painful because of that... maybe PPD is also a side effect from not following God and trusting him to lead us to the Light. The Brownshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09299923098996910953noreply@blogger.com
