I am a full-time wife who loves cooking, cleaning, reading, decorating, craft-making, sewing, photo-taking and learning. I am doing what I love so that I can love what I do. I don't have any children yet, but we hope to be adding to our Family in the very near future. My life is full of blessings.
** Since beginning this blog we have added 1 new member to the family! Our beautiful daughter Eliana Reese joined our family on November 20th, 2010. I am absolutely thrilled to be a mom and I am enjoying every single second raising her!

Pinterest! - Who doesn't love Pinterest! Join me over at my craft blog pinneditmadeit.com for all things Pinterest.
Ugly colors - One wall in my house is painted Mexico City Yellow and my dining room chairs are a lovely 70's green (actual picture isn't my exact chairs, just a good color reference).
Reading - After I lost my job (meaning I quit because I wasn't getting paid), I picked up reading again and in the last oh few months or so I have read 60+ books. It's been so much fun!! Movies - I love watching a good movie. Some of my favorites off the top of my head are Smokin' Aces, Eastern Promises, Almost every single classical piece of literature adapted to film, Inglorious Basterds, The Hangover, Finding Forrester, Good Will Hunting, Most of the 80's films i.e. The Breakfast Club etc.
Creating Stuff - this is probably my most favorite thing to do, Create. It can be something as simple as creating an awesome salad from random ingredients in the fridge, to making a headboard out of old pillows and MDF, or writing a tribute/poem for someone I love. As long as I am creating something I feel fulfilled!
